Santa Croce Cathedral by night.
The interior was designed by Gabriele Riccardi, mixing classic lines with baroque decorations. Interesting is the wooden ceiling, the original geometric design of the dome and the lavish altars, amongst which the altar by San Francesco di Paola stands out, and the twelve bas-relieves, by Francesvo Antonio Zimbalo, portraying the episodes of the life of the saint, and the Chapel of the Cross, by Cesare Penna
